Mood music is always hard to pin down, who to listen to, who's more relevant, etc. John Talabot nails it, as well as anyone could. It's closer to old Steve Hillage instrumental records than new deep-house or trance stuff. He creates a colorful landscape for the ear, giving life to computer music many aren't capable of.
